Upcoming Yoruba actress, Silifa Ladeji also known as Silifonia, has bled to death after her lover severally physically assaulted her during a misunderstanding which led to her death on Wednesday.

A friend of the actress, said that Silifonia who was heavily pregnant before her sudden demise had been a victim of battery and assault in the hands of her lover.The suspect is currently at large, while the corpse of Silifonia has been deposited at an undisclosedmortuary.
